Working with me always start with a free Intro session, in which we can get to know each other, talk about the reason you may need coaching, and give you enough information to decide if you want to continue. The Intro session is not an obligation to pay or start a cooperation.
The goals and topics for the individual sessions are personalized according to your needs. The sessions can be purchased individually or in packages. The session duration is 50 minutes.
Session 1: Coaching Goal
In Session 1 we will agree on a framework of cooperation, and define your goal for the entire coaching and the success measure that will allow you to confirm that it has been reached.
Session 2: Learn From the Past
In Session 2 we will check your career path up to now and reflect how the next job should look like to give you a sense of progress.
Session 3 and 4: Values and Needs
In Sessions 3 and 4 we will explore your personal motivators and values, so you will be able to align your career with what truly matters to you.
Session 5: Your Strengths
In Session 5 we will analyze your skills and strengths which will play to your benefit in any engagement – not only a job similar to the previous ones you had.
Session 6: Future You
In Session 6 you will combine everything you’ve learned about yourself so far and you will imagine the ideal future for you which will become your goal.

(This session will be skipped if someone continues from Building Professional Self-Awareness Program.)
Session 2: Direction Brainstorming
In Session 2 we will start a market research to select a few broad areas of interest aligned with your dreams and strengths, not allowing any doubts or lack of confidence to restrict us at this time. We have to aim high.
Session 3: Challenges
In Session 3 we will perform SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis to discover your advantages and challenges for each option.
Session 4 and 5: Planning
In Sessions 4 and 5 we will select 1-2 best options and create a final action plan taking into account short- and long-term goals, timeline, milestones, skill gaps, risks, finances, and last but not least – celebrating successes along the path.
