Right of Withdrawal for Contracts
In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive and Polish Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the service has not yet been delivered.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract (booking confirmation).
Important Notice About Services
By scheduling and confirming a coaching session, you expressly request that we begin providing our services during the withdrawal period. You acknowledge that once a coaching session has been fully delivered, your right of withdrawal for that specific session expires, as per Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and corresponding Polish law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal (before service delivery) or request a cancellation (according to our policy), please inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., an email to [Your Email]). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract before service delivery and within the applicable periods described above, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
